Glen F. Campbell, Chairman of the Board and Director: Mr. Campbell has 40 years of management experience in Canada, primarily in the role of senior executive in a variety of businesses including real estate, mortgage financing, movie financing and in managing a variety of operating companies. He has previously served as a director on the boards of various public companies including Cineplex Corporation, Collingwood Terminals Limited and The Pembroke Electric Light Company. Before assuming his current position with Spectra he most recently had been President of Fifth Wheel Corporation, the owner and operator of the largest, privately owned chain of truck stop facilities in Canada.
Michael R. Faye, President and Director: Mr. Faye has over 35 years executive and operational experience in marketing, sales and retailing in the petroleum and automotive service industries. He has held senior positions with Jiffy Lube International, Petro Canada and Gulf Canada. Mr. Faye established and managed a retail business of 20 Quick Lube locations with annual sales in excess of CDN $7.5 million. At Petro Canada and Gulf Canada he held senior marketing and management positions in the automotive aftermarket and petroleum re-lubricant sales divisions.
Andrew J. Malion, Vice-President, Sales: Mr. Malion worked as an entrepreneur primarily in the area of international real estate development. For 12 years he worked with J.J. Barnicke Ltd. representing some of the most prestigious developers in the Toronto area. His experience provides access to a significant network of industrial/commercial accounts.
