How It Works
Brake Safe® is a simple yet extremely accurate and effective means of providing a visual indication of air-brake stroke travel. It is easily installed and takes the guesswork out of determining brake adjustment status.
The Brake Safe® system consists of a corrosion resistant steel bracket, a unique one piece pre-measured reference unit, a tooled clevis indicator pin and highly visible indicator and reference pin sleeves. The entire system bolts directly onto any brake chamber in minutes and with brakes applied indicates whether the brake stroke travel complies with the DOT adjustment limit.
